Private sessions are booked on a daily basis.
As a personal coach, Chantal provides individual
guidance and a tailor-made training program for her clients. She offers a wide variety of
different classes. On the one hand she will personally guide you during a yoga pratice, pilates
session, muscles strengthening training, cardio coaching, HIIT training, pre-natal yoga,
restorative yoga session for burn-out ...
On the other hand, she will prepare exercises/practice in collaboration with physiotherapists and osteopaths to help your body function optimally again. If you do not wish to start immediately in a group session you can always contact her initially for a few private sessions. The sessions are always adapted to your personal needs. The exercises are composed to offer sufficient variation.
Private sessions can be booked for children, teens and adults.
The unique & personal approach of - The Yoga Retreat - has proved to be very successful. Therefore, in addition to the daily sessions, personalized coaching is also available in the studio itself and other locations (e.g. Team building events, Hen parties and Birthday parties).
Chantal also works in several companies.
